Chainring and spider is wobbling and causing creaking sound under pressure.

Hey guys, just swapped plans to a vodaphone super wifi here in Melbourne and they sent over a 5G FWA Wifi 7 modem which I can’t get to setup for the life of me.

The app is utter garbage and I can’t even get past the first step. Is the modem suppose to operate on its own? It says I jsut have to power it on but the only time I get a connection is when it’s connected to a GPON terminal in my apartment, and even then the speeds are disgustingly slow. Am I not setting this up correctly? I’d be glad to send more pictures if required to help set this thing up.
