Tell me why Redstone always stays on

So i am trying to build a auto brewer but Redstone stays active when i have more than 6 pieces of Redstone connected together.but when i move like 5 blocks to the left 6 pieces of redstone that are connected stay active after turning off (there are no loops or anything and that is the only Redstone placed on the island. Tell me if its normal, can i fix it in some way or are there auto brewers that work or are there chunks where Redstone is limited. I feel like i am getting crazy. Please send help.

Is this legit? Ram for cheap.

I was browsing ram ddr5 and look what i found one 32 gb kingston Fury 6000 cl 30 stick and that for only 172,05 Euro. Like i already got my 32gb kit but do you guys think this is legit or a scam here is the Link https://amzn.eu/d/03aTECoR if anyone is interested. Give me your thoughts on this.

So hey guys i wanna build my first computer. I threw these specs together and i wanna know if this will work and look good at the end or if i should change some things that it looks cleaner. I wanna be able to play tripple A games on good or preferably max settings with some future proofing so that i dont have to constantly change parts every time a cool new game comes out. I am also somewhat of a Zenless Zone Zero fanatic so i wanna be able to play it on max settings.

One thing i dont wanna change is the case because i really love it so keep that in mind this is what I threw together tell me how it is and dont be hard on me if its complete dog shit:
