Kodak vision 3 250D color grade help

⚠️I know that some of my photos are a bit overexposed or underexposed; that’s just part of my early experiments with 35mm

Before/after for the order

Hi, I’ve been shooting on Kodak Vision 3 film and I wanted to know if the post-processing is too heavy-handed or poorly managed

There are probably some mistakes in the framing and editing, but I’m happy with it

To start with, I’ve got a decent foundation in color grading on DaVinci, but I’m a bit stuck here.

When it comes to colour space and gamma, I’m not sure whether I should switch to Slog 3 (for example) or stick with sRGB; I haven’t managed to get conclusive results from my little tests.

I’ve tried converting from LOG to Slog3 to apply some of my PowerGrades, but every time I get results that don’t match a ‘normal’ grade.

So what do you do to achieve a clean conversion so you can then use your PowerGrades?
