Which 3 & 4 star heroes are worth having a duplicate of?

I've kept all my classic S1 heroes that I leveled up early on & recently summoned multiple fully ascended duplicates in x10 instant power summon. And started wondering if I should keep any of them or feed. I've seen plenty of people double up in tourneys and ninja tower, but don't want to commit to limit breaking and/or leveling their costumes just to use them sparingly.

Are there any of mine that I should consider keeping? (added a pic of a few of mine) I'm more curious if there are a handful that I should target in the future. Please lmk if any are actually extremely useful. I've seen Kiril, Wilbur, Caedmon, Colen, Grimm, Caleb, Ali, & Ribbit in leaderboards quite a bit...which a pretty solid indicator I suppose. Any advice or links (i already use empuzzled) to a good article/YT vid are much appreciated. Thanks

Which luxury resources do YOU cherish?

I'm asking for both: which do you gravitate towards in most (if not all) games you play AND which are the best for specific Civs? Don't care about the trash ones (Canada, Georgia, etc). More curious about Germany, Brazil, Rome, Russia, Egypt, Spain, America, China, Scythia, Norway, Australia, Persia..just to name a few of the major ones I've played with a bit.

Marble for China, whales/turtles for Spain, silk/cotton for Persia makes enough sense. Salt, spice, & sugar seem to be the best all around but I've still had times where they weren't all that beneficial to me in the long run.

Asking mainly out of curiousity. Beyond that I wanna improve my general strategy...I usually setup my game then I'll reroll the map a few times until I get a decent terrain for my strategy that also has at least 2 or 3 of (solid food tiles, a mountain/river complex for defense and district planning, & a luxury or two nearby). And I'll reroll a very good starting point sometimes simply bc I dont think the luxuries available will benefit me very much. Is this a bad strat or are specific luxuries in early game not something I should be picky about
