I'm on one of my multiple rewatches of The Wire, and for the first time this has occurred to me. They knew the customs tag was broken, and Frank told his people to "hide the crate" after Sergei drives off. Why in the hell would he not stack the crate up higher, at least on the second level, where Beady couldn't easily stumble across it? I get not putting it on the highest level, they might need the highest container. But this just seems sloppy to me.

If I bought a generic prepaid debit card, can I transfer the money from my Chime checking to the card? Either through instant pay or pay anyone? Or do these methods require a card that has been identity verified?
