Middle names for OAD babies

This is perhaps a bit of a random post. I am one and complete, for several reasons. Recently I have been thinking about my babies name. She got an honour name as her middle name. What I am curious to know is... if you knew you were going to be one and complete before your baby arrived, or even if you are one and done now, but not by choice, would you have given your child one middle name, or two? For example, to include 2 honour names, or just an extra name you loved....seeing as you won't be naming another child. Just curious to see what you lot think. My child just has one middle name, which I think is more common than having two, but I did have other names I would love to have used. It got me thinking , so let me see your vote! Comments welcome too.

I'd love to add the middle name Elise to my daughter's name to honour her great grandmother....but will people continuously think it is Elsie, which I am not into at all, due to similar spellings? Or would it not be an issue being a middle name. I know the spelling Elyse would help the matter, but I think Elise is the nicer more common spelling. Thoughts please..
