Since low BP is so common in women, I thought this was a good place to ask.
I really struggle with fainting whenever I stand up, even if I do it slowly. I slowly stand up then feel my legs go weak and get lightheaded, so I panic and lay down on the floor. I have to repeat this process about 3 times before I am good to go.
If I have low blood sugar it's even worse, I had to crawl to the kitchen yesterday to grab myself some sugar and salt lol. I have learned my lesson to have frequent meals and snacks, but even when I am full I still struggle.
Anyone got any life changing methods or strategies other than planking on the floor or crawling to my destination?
(Also I wanna add I do not have any health issues, I have a slight vitamin d and iron defiency but that's it. I also don't have diabetes I just forget to eat and get very hypoglycemic around my period)
