My husband found my hidden vials in the fridge and actually thought i was using illegal drugs lol

I keep my compounded medication in a small box pushed all the way to the back of the bottom fridge drawer so it stays out of sight. I never told my husband I started taking this stuff because he is extremely judgmental about weight loss meds and always says people just need to try harder at the gym. He was digging around looking for some leftover food yesterday and pulled the box out, saw the unmarked vials with the syringes, and immediately freaked out thinking I was hiding illegal drugs in the house. I had to sit there and explain exactly what they were and why I was keeping it a secret from him. It turned into a huge argument about trust and now he is making snide comments about me taking the easy way out. Has anyone else dealt with hiding this from a spouse just to avoid the constant negative remarks?

genuine question for people who've been on reta over a year, do you still feel like it's working the same way

asking because I keep reading about long term efficacy and whether the body adapts over time. not doubting it, just want honest long term perspectives from people who are actually past the one year mark rather than trial data

If you had to pick one for a total body recomposition: Reta or TRT?

36yo dad of three finally hitting the gym again. My Test is 550, so I’m technically fine, but I’m still stuck with a stubborn gut and zero energy. If you had to pick between the fat-melting power of Reta or the mental boost of TRT for a total life 180, which one are you choosing?

Omejitve pri zdravniškem dovoljenju

Pozdravljeni,

how are people in SEA actually getting this stuff

posting from SEA and genuinely have no idea how people here actually get this stuff bc it's been a pain to figure out

been seeing tirz and reta pop up on shopee and lazada here and there but idk what to make of it. like are these actually legit or is it just random repackaged stuff with no way of knowing what's actually in it. some listings look sketchy af but then i see people in local groups saying they've been using them for months which makes me even more confused tbh

tirz seems to have gotten pretty popular here from what i can tell but finding a reliable source is a whole different story. every time i try to look into it i either end up on some dodgy reseller page or a dead end

also how does customs usually go for people getting it shipped from overseas. is it generally fine or is it a gamble every single time

anyone else in the region who's figured this out pls lmk. feels like there's actually a decent amount of people running this stuff here but nowhere to actually talk about the sourcing side of it

A new real-world study from Singapore published in the International Journal of Obesity followed 708 adults on GLP-1s plus app-based coaching . The cohort was ethnically diverse (45% East Asian, 27% European, 13% South Asian, 10% Southeast Asian). 12.7% weight loss at 12 months, increasing to 14.7% at 18 months. Greater app engagement was linked to 2-2.2% additional weight loss. Blood pressure dropped 11.5 mmHg, body fat percentage dropped 8.8%. All data I got from the study. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41366-026-02062-x

That’s all well and good but what I really love about this study is that it's a real-world thing and not a tightly controlled trial. It shows that GLP-1s work in diverse populations across different ethnicities. And it confirms what we all suspect: the people who engage with lifestyle support do better.
