Non-active Trapped infection from ~5 months ago?
I've had my helix for about 6-7 months, I got the anti tragus same time (and I usually don't hold the piercing like that)
It's an internally threaded flatback labret
The jewelry has been Upsized, downsized, Upsized, then downsized (original bar WAY too short)
I used to do saline 1-2 times a day but don't really any more
A couple months ago I had an infection I treated with oral antibiotics but idk if the gunk inside fully went away because there's always been a bump I can feel on the outer ridge of my ear.
I've gotten what you see in the picture, where it looks like the irritation bump fills up with pus (?), does it look like it's maybe trapped stuff from the previous infection?
The piercing is honestly really crooked and the bumps have been there since like a month in when it got infected and started embedding because the piercer didn't change to a longer bar when I asked and I had to go in 2 days later
Idk if it can heal, but if this is trapped old infection juices should I keep it in to allow them to escape so they don't get more trapped?
