2026 450MT below 500km need to Top oil up?

Hi,

As mentioned in the title, my 2026 cfmoto 450mt which has around 160km mileage has this level of oil.

Admittedly, the bike is on its center stand, but I already preheated it before taking the pic. I'm worried the oil level is too low. This is the level it was in when I got it from the dealership. There doesn't seem to be any mark of a leak on the engine itself. Is there any other way the bike can lose oil?

Thanks in advance!

UPDATE:
I did the proper way of checking the oil levels (making sure the bike is on a level surface, pre-heating the bike to operating temperature, giving the oil some time to make its way back to where the sight glass is) and it seems there was enough oil in my bike in the first place!

Here are my guesses why it looked empty (or VERY low) in my first post:

  1. The oil cooled down from my most recent ride (a week ago), and since its been raining and a lot cooler since then, the oil got stuck up somewhere when it was viscous enough to stay there. (My bike sat on its center stand ever since I made it home a week ago, the bike hasn't moved enough to make the oil drip down? idk for sure)

  2. As a kind gentleman has shared in my cross-post, some dealerships(I'm not sure how that works exactly) tend to put dry clutch packs and put 2.5L of oil in. The clutch pack "absorbs" some of the oil, that's why the sight glass reports very low oil levels.

Attaching a photo of how the oil level looked like after doing the oil level check the right way (see in comments)

450MT owners from the Philippines, need your opinion (side panniers)

Photo not mine (photo by heavyduties.ro, not affiliated with them)

I'm torn between soft and hard panniers. Rhinowalk seems to be a good brand for soft panniers and there are a number of branded and non branded hard panniers locally.

While I don't plan to ride offroad, especially those hard-core muddy/rocky roads, It's sometimes unavoidable here in PH.

Either way, I don't mind going for soft ones, I just want to hear from those who have been using them for a while. For soft panniers, my main question is how does the heat of the exhaust affect your luggage/stuff in them? I've seen one creator (non-cfmoto bike) who used rhinowalk but the exhaust burned through the underside and damaged their stuff.

For hard panniers, what pannier bracket do you use? OEM looks best to me but kind of overpriced.

Does the OEM pannier bracket work well with the hard panniers from e.g. SEC? Or would it be best to get a bracket and hard pannier set from the same seller/store?

Lastly, how about the riding experience for having either soft and hard panniers on the highways?

TIA!

Help me figure out where this part belongs

Hi lovely people!

Can you help me figure out where this part belongs?

For context, I had my 450MT serviced for the installing following accessories:

  1. Replace 14T with 15T sprocket

  2. Install rear brake fluid reservoir guard

  3. Install Side stand enlarger

  4. Install radiator guard (2-pc set)

  5. Install handlebar risers

He didnt mess with any of the plastics, which is expected as none of these things require taking out the fairings of the bike so I don't think this is from somewhere quite deep in the bike.

I might've overlooked the mechanic when he was doing some things and didn't see him pull this thing out and only knew of this part's existence when he handed it to me when the service was done and I was leaving.

Appreciate y'all helping me figure out what this thing is and where it belongs.

Thank you in advance!

Dealer LTMS Account Suspended. Good way to penalize laggard dealers?

Got my adventure bike from a well-known dealer in Metro Manila. In fact I did my transaction with the "flagship store/showroom" itself last June. Paid in full right then and there but told the agent if I can take the bike home a week after. Fast forward to today, I have had my bike in my garage for 3 weeks. Still no update from the agent for anything regarding my bike's documents nor its plate.

I've been following up with the agent who processed my bike's documents and also checked with LTO, but LTO said they haven't received any submission from the dealer. Dealer agent said their LTMS account got suspended coz a customer reported them for not being able to release the OR/CR and plate on the same day of the transaction (which was stated in LTO Memorandum Circular No. VDM-2025-4665).

Question is:
Are there anyone who has the same experience? (I'll reveal the dealer after people share their experience--James Deakin style lol)

Thanks in advance!

Got my CFMOTO 450MT last Saturday! OR/CR and Plate how long?

For those who got their bikes from Motostrada Caloocan, gano katagal nyo inintay yung OR/CR and Plate?

Gusto ko nang kumuha ng RFID kasi as soon as I am able to get those as this is also my first expressway-legal bike.

Also, buti nalang napalagyan ko kagad ng crashbars. Naalangan kasi sa u-turn at napapreno dahil may ayaw magbigay kahit nakasubo na sa island (yes I did wait for a good opportunity, pero may bibilisan parin talaga kahit may nakaabang na at naka signal) hahaha. Well, there's always a first for everything, I guess. 🤷‍♂️😅

Appreciate sharing your experience! TIA

I'm getting my 1st ever bigbike tomorrow! Any tips?

I studied riding a manual clutch motorcycle, and have a driving license with manual motorcycle restriction code, but have been using an automatic bike for 5 years. I know the basics of manual clutch but I'd like to get some tips from long-time manual clutch and big bike riders. Aside from being all the more careful about grabbing the front brake, especially during low speed movement, can you share more tips so I can be more prepared?

(tips for riding big bikes, not traffic rules as obviously that's the most basic one).

I'm so excited to get my CFMoto 450MT tomorrow!!

Hey Reddit,

I'm just curious why McDonalds Philippines does this.

When I order Breakfast Crispy Chicken Ala King with scrambled eggs, they often charge me 21 pesos (sometimes they do, sometimes they don't, which is weird). But when I order the Breakfast Golden Curry and have the eggs done scrambled as well, they don't charge me 21 pesos. Hindi maexplain ng crew ng maayos kung bakit may additional charge, they just say yun kasi yung nasa menu. If they both have eggs and the only difference is the way they prepare it, which is default naman sa Breakfast Golden Curry nila, why ask people to pay additional?

They're both the same serving size most of the time, but sometimes they give a seemingly big portion of eggs for the former order. Now it just feels like they have old eggs lying around and want to get rid of it before it goes bad.

What is going on here?
