Authenticating coins that were soldered into spoons

Authenticating coins that were soldered into spoons

I acquired these with some other spoons and thought these were fakes. After some research I came up with 1792 coronation 2 Ducat for Francis II and a Saint John's protection medal. I Still thought they were modern copies. I tested them and they come up specific gravity of 10, and acid test good for silver. I'm now thinking they may be genuine. Does anyone have any insight?

Found awesome auction for super rare coins

Goodwill is auctioning some of those super rare steel 1943 cents. If these elusive treasures have eluded you, now’s your chance. Auctions start at 9.99 and shipping and handling are only $15. The good news is they are auctioning 5 at the same time. Don’t miss out!

I promise, I'm not affiliated, I was just so excited when I saw this my post may seem that way.

Edit: Pro tip is to bid on the 2.8 gram penny. You get more precious steel on that one.

Chinese Hallmarks

Can anyone give info on the Chinese writing on these spoons. Best I can find is the TAI may be TAI Shan (1890-1935). Can anyone verify?

Goodwill Unhinged

Someone paid $1,364 for "REED & BARTON Sterling Silver Flatware set (13Lbs)"

Maybe they should have looked at the pictures first.

Also see a set of six Rogers 1847 knives. "Vintage Rogers 98.6% Silver Fruit/Butter Knife"

current bid $268. I guess the XRF hit the plate at 98.6%
