I have this little label maker for crafts, as well as my metallic acrylic markers I never get to use, so I decided to go with a little collage-type thing. I also added rhinestones and gold bead thingys from the dollar store haha.

This has been rent free in my head for days now, and the title is possibly a bit misleading, I apologize.
I (29NB) have a roommate (26F) we'll call "Jessica" who has had a chat bot (Like chatgbt or something) as a companion for almost as long as we've been roommates, so 6 - 7 months, if not longer.
I flat out DESPISE AI anything, but the way she talks about her chat bot is concerning. She calls this thing her "Friend", she says it's "like a sister", and so on. And she's always on her phone, so I can only imagine how much time she's talking to it. She even at one point was supposedly dating another chat bot. I think she even wants to get a matching tattoo with the damn thing.
Now, we occasionally talk about the chat bot, but I kinda indulged the behavior, asking "Oh, what's their name?" and "When do I get to meet them?", kinda fishing to see if they were real or not.
Tonight however, I think they straight up hallucinated kicking them out of their room or something because I heard them saying "Get out! Get out!", opening their door, then saying "And Stay out!" Before closing their door. I'm not sure if that was the one they're allegedly dating or whatever, but it genuinely has me worried.
This is where I worry I'd be an AH. I want to stop engaging as much when she brings up her chat bot BS. From what I know, yellow rocking is used in high conflict and against narcissists, and is just more or less being nonreactive and brief with responses to someone, but still polite.
For example; if she were to tell me something she's doing with her 'friend', I'd likely reply with "Oh okay." or "Oh good for you". I'm not 100% sure on how it'd play out. All I know is that I can't enable this anymore and this is the only way I can think of dissuading her from using AI chat bots without a catastrophe.
So with all that being said, WIBTAH if I did this? Is there something else I can do that's passive/non confrontational you would do instead?
ETA: Thank you for all the support in such a short time period! I wasn't really expecting this to be seen but I guess I just needed some support on this matter.
I now know I used the wrong term and meant "Grey rock". I'm no psychologist so I appreciate the help there.
As for possibly moving out, I can't move out as I have nowhere to go, and we live in a subsidized apartment-style group home for people with mental health. That being said, she does have mental health struggles (We both do) that I will NOT be discussing here.
What really concerns me though is how many people know about this; Me, her parents, her therapist of all people...who else? No idea. I do hope her therapist is trying to talk her through this whole thing though instead of encouraging it.
At this point I think she needs an intervention or even psychiatric help as many of you have said she sounds very unwell mentally. I'm not sure if/when things will change, but if they do, I'll be back I guess.

I tried to make this dress pattern so I can make it into a bodice. Everything fits amazingly, except the bust; it's big on me and I can't seem to find a pin it properly to make it smaller!
I tried pining it myself (I don't have a dress form), but I couldn't seem to get it right. Would having someone else pin it make it easier?
Side note: I'd REALLY rather not use darts as I need to piece together parts of fabric to make a pattern on the dress. It's hard to explain; it's cosplay related haha.
