Ideas for a Zelda RPG campaign plot?

I recently created a Zelda text-based RPG for some friends on Discord. Since they don't know much about the franchise, I made it simple by mixing the plots of several games in the series, including allowing those few who know the games best to use official characters from the franchise. (The plot is almost a mix of A Link to the Past with Minish Cap and Echoes of Wisdom)

But this sparked my desire to run a tabletop RPG based on The LoZ. Obviously, the plot and premise would have to be different. Any suggestions?

How do you usually narrate your shifter characters?

How do you narrate shifter characters?

How much do they lean towards the human side and how much towards the animal side?

Do you usually describe them running on all fours or walking more crouched down? Or not so much?

These designs are for an idea I had for how I would do an animated Spider-Man series. I think you can tell my style is heavily inspired by Steven Universe. What do you think? I plan to do more drawings, of other characters (some I've even already done)
