I Have a 32gb USB 2.0 Formatted to FAT32, and I renamed the update file to MSI.ROM. what could be the issue then? I have a B550M PRO-VDH WIFI motherboard.

GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 7600 Gaming OC 8GB GDDR6
CPU cooling: Thermalright Assassin X 120 Refined SE
Power supply: Zasilacz Endorfy Supremo FM6 750W
There is also a monitor and a keyboard but i
excluded it out of the budget. This is my first pc build so I'm wondering if it's alright. This is as far as my budget goes. (Also I'm from Poland, the budget I wrote is around 4k PLN here.)
