Day 273 of drawing Hornet until Sea of Sorrow comes out. Drawn in 1 hour and 54 minutes. This is my first time drawing Second Sentinel x Hornet so let me know what you think. Also it's kind of a call back to this gif I made ages ago, damn it's been a while huh?

Yea I drew this. Took me 8 gazillion hours. The show's mystery is actually pretty crazy, I wonder who the Nosk is. I think it would be crazy if it's Lace since they sesbian lex'd on first sight and have a pretty close relationship. The knight's character, while mostly silent, is full of character and you can tell they've been doing their job as a bug for a while. Whenever they make soul constructs, it's always the hypest moments and you can really tell a lot about who they are as characters. You see, Hornet always makes spider-like constructs reflecting her weaver past, and maybe some trauma after being raised to be a fearless sentinel of Hallownest by her mother. As for the knight, they only make really simple constructs like focus orbs and giant nails but they get the job done, it's all about efficiency and getting the job done with the knight.
The dreamers are very shady, no wonder the knight doesn't report back to them. I feel like they're trying to separate the two bugs and trying to get Hornet to usurp the knight's role of sentinel of Hallownest. I just hope they can come to realise this and team up against the Dreamers, that would be so cool. Anyways, only half of the show has been released so far but I can't wait for the rest.

Hollow Knight means so much to me and I love every part of it, it has greatly inspired me to become a better artist, hell it's the IP I've drawn the most fanart of (300+), and has brought me into such a nice and supportive community.
