I recently got into F1, and on recommendation of a friend picked up F1 25. There's a problem: EA Javelin for some reason, causes a page fault when the game launches. I am completely unable to play the game without using modding tools to launch into offline mode. The EA forums have been, shocker, extremely unhelpful, as the community managers continue to ignore my plights.
The issue is the anti-cheat reading from already freed memory. I have confirmed this using WinDbg to inspect the crash dump. This is an issue with the anti cheat, so I am completely unable to play the game with my friend. I have already ruled out every suggested fix I could find on the internet:
* Reinstalling my graphics drivers.
* Reinstalling the game.
* Reinstalling the anti-cheat.
* Running the game as Administrator.
* Running the game with EA Play running.
* Verifying game file integrity.
* Disabling Nvidia Overlay.
* Disabling Steam Overlay.
Is there, by some divine luck, any person who has experienced this issue and found a work around?
What baffles me is that Battlefield 6 gave me no such issues despite using EA Javelin. This must be an integration issue on Codemasters's end. My computer is by no means under the specifications either.
