I made a fun free little tool for choosing a random restaurant to go try when you dont know where to go. I just finished porting it over to the App Store so you can download it as a native app if you want. otherwise the web app also installs as a PMA if you want.

Hi turners! I am not a wood turner (although I have tried it in the past). But I am working on a cat/pet food bowl design that has a turned wood base and am trying to fogure out how to get it made (incredibly low volume, basically made to order) and am curious what is a good route to take.
I work in product design for a living, can provide specs, dims, cad, whatever, but I don’t really have much experience in wood products so this is a new field for me.
Hoping to get some insights on what this community thinks might be a good path forwards, and maybe any insights of tips on how to design for wood turning.
