Finally back to spinning and winning but feeling unsure

life long ww fan, after trying out lock im back to my fav but I’m struggling with how many different options there are for aspects and paragon paths. Is there a guide that is a standout yall would recommend? I tend to prefer speed over pit pushing. TIA

Long term lifter, recently went through several serious knee injuries which have made leg work abnormal and sporadic, sometimes not being able to work any real load for months. I’m a pretty heavy guy and have always been worried about being top heavy. I’m about 4 months passed my last knee injury, finally back to squatting. my conditioning on my legs is pretty good but I feel like I’m top heavy. what do yall think, hows the leg size(not definition) in comparison with hips and shoulders?
