I’m sad and I want religion to make sense but I feel like it doesn’t.
The life I have been given is not very happy. The stories I’ve seen and have been told have not been ones of justice or grandeur or fulfillment. They’ve largely just been tragic, for no reason other than, it is what it is.
How do atheists begin to find happiness amongst the chaos and tragedy of life? How do I take the sadness and grief I feel for my family, friends, loved ones, community, and turn it into something positive - without religion? Without god? I can’t find an answer
