Cat has a bump on her nose, what should I do?

(obligatory information: I'm an adult, located in Germany, I haven't contacted a vet yet but I will if necessary)

My cat is 1,5 years old, female, spayed

A few days ago I noticed that the bump on my cats nose seems to have gotten bigger. Today I compared with older pictures and noticed that she didn't have the bump there/it was much smaller (last picture is a comparison from early January).

Otherwise shes completely fine, playing and eating like she normally does. She's also a little stupid so maybe she ran into something? Does anyone have experience with that or knows what it could be?

I've had mood swings for all my life due to my ADHD and I'm also struggling with depression. I tried femikadin 20 first, a combined pill with a low dose. After two months I stopped taking it because my depression got a lot worse. Now I started qlaira a month ago and besides a few symptoms of hormonal changes like my breasts hurting a bit everything was fine. Now I got to the end of the month with the pills with a lower dose and have had terrible mood swings the past days. Like they haven't been this bad for a long time.

So now my questions are:

  1. Has anyone here tried qlaira and dealt with mood swings as well? And did it pass after some time?

  2. Women who deal with mood swings/ADHD/depression: what kind of birth control worked for you?

Also condoms are not an option for me because I'm extremely scared to get pregnant and don't have a regular period so there's a huge amount of stress for me at the end of the month when my period won't come (especially because I've had condoms ripping before)
