Wanted to share my first ever tattoo, done by my friend here in SF! It’s based on the lily of the valley flower as a reference from Animal Crossing: the Jacob’s Ladder you get for perfect town rating! There’s layers of meaning for me and one of them is it’s also my birth month flower (my birthday was yesterday!). I love animal crossing and this community so I thought you’d all appreciate it too!

It’s based on the lily of the valley flower but as a reference to it from Animal Crossing Jacob’s Ladder! I have always been a fan of watercolor / colorful tattoos, but I heard a lot of people prefer no color, what are your thoughts? Also do you think it would have been better as just the colorful line work shown or colored, shaded, and filled in like the final product?
