Enduring POA Question

Hello everyone,

About 3 years ago my mum passed away and my father had his estate (Will/POA) redone.

It was only approximately 6 months since my mother died that I signed the new enduring POA giving it solely to my sibling and myself as the alternate.

I was intoxicated the night I signed this form and now that some time has passed I do not think that they should have sole enduring POA.

I have requested with my father for him to change it to joint (not just giving one sibling the enduring POA) and explained my reasons as to why I no longer agree with his decision, and I understand ultimately that it is his decision.

But I am wondering if it is worth it for me to revoke my 'alternate enduring POA' considering I was intoxicated when I singed and did not fully realise what I was signing. Or should I just suck it up and let it be?

Thankyou :)

Auspost International Compensation

Hello! I sent a teapot to the US. I did not pay insurance but the item was under $100.

The item was clearly labelled fragile and the teapot arrived damaged. Do I have any chance at getting compensation for this? I'm not sure how to go about it as i've never had to do it before, especially with an international parcel.

I also have plenty of photos from the buyer.

Any help would be appreciated :)

What is with this? I absolutely hate it on the app. I want to buy stuff from Kmart on the KMART APP not Officeworks or Target and especially not marketplace.

You also can't even return the stuff from marketplace at a store.

What is this BS.

Does anyone know why it was added?
