The sound of Carcer City
I had never realized it but as soon as I started fuelled by hate instead of continuing I stood still to listen to the music and the background sound, which seems to me to be wind.
Considering that Cash is in the city dump and away from highways, it has to be the wind since the game time is in the fall.
This also gives Carcer City a life of its own, it's like you being there and feeling the sound that the city produces...
Do you think it's wind or something else? Correct me if I'm wrong 'cause I'm not so sure
