Former AF tech here , still active duty and was wearing EOD hoodie at gym. Guy on base says he was a a Marine tech but then asks me where I did training ….huh? I said we go to Shepherd first assuming that’s his question then Eglin. He responds saying yeah we go to 29 palms - then talks about a deployment and how also they didn’t have a bomb suit 👀…

Has there ever been a period Marines didn’t go to NAVSCOLEOD? Sounds like he was a combat engineer (told stories of breaching, blowing up small arms, destroying mortars/tanks in the event they get overrun. But he def said he was EOD too ? Am I tripping rn?

So I have Astral Projected once before without any help from brain food . In that instance, I Saw myself leaving my body then got warped through space uncontrollably

Many failed attempts since then, and decided to use the help of Psilocybin- approx 1.5 g of APE; I did e meditation and got very intense closed eyes visuals .but the space had depth too it also, while it was like self generating it seemed it also was reactive to my intentions. I did not ever see myself leave my body, nor did I see any astral body - but at one point I did feel like I was able to move what I can only describe as an astral head and slightly look around.

The only weird thing is that when the meditation was over and I was guided back to my body, anytime I closed my eyes I was immediately back in this place and the visuals were back . I mean technically open eye visuals are still in your head, yet we experience this as objective “reality” so it being closed eyes visuals doesn’t relegate it to just being a symptom of the shrooms. It seemed just as real as my open eye visuals, just different and there were no like entities or experiences where any physical senses were activated.

Any thoughts - was i in some astral plane - was I just tripping ? For what it’s worth I used Gael Anderson Video number 1 of 12 - where the intent was merely to acquaint oneself with the existing in this plane - the next video he says is where one could encounter guides

Idk why the Combi page is so dead compared to the other ones. Any Combi users here who want to create a community to share recipes and stuff . Mines getting delivered today and it’s my first air fryer / countertop oven appliance so would love a place to share and find recipes and what not

Just got the Ninja Double Stack 8qt, but having buyers remorse feeling like I should’ve got the Crispi Pro and that the vent holes being in the back of the bucket will limit me. For example ? If I want to make lasagna, sauce will drip out the back bones unless I cook inside of another container in the air fryer.

Also I’ve never even used an air fryer and don’t cook much in general , so feel like being able to see the food will help, or perhaps that I should get one with a built in thermometer.

Am I overreacting , should I get another ninja ?

Right now I have ordered the Ninja Double Stack, but I have concerns about vents in the rear making it impossible to make certain foods. However, I also have never used an air fryer.

I’m debating getting the Crispi Pro 2 and have seen people make pastas, or put liquid broths in there to cook noodles. I’m unsure but do you think I could also put a small layer of dry rice and brother under the Crispi tray to cook under chicken ? ((Yes I know I could use. Pot or rice cooker, but I’m lazy)

Just debating if I should cancel this purchase and just get the Crisp Pro

Flying a/ Delta from DC to LA with a dog as checked baggage (on military orders). Saw a post saying airlines employees do not check on domestic flights and they never get one - can anyone corroborate? (I’m pretty sure that when I flew internationally with cats, the health certificate wasn’t checked until I arrived to that country - so I feel like I’m okay domestically as long as I have normal medical records.
