Classic fettuccine alfredo. Roasted broccoli with Pecorino Romano.​ Tritip steak. Tritip was seared in cast iron then rested tented with foil. Melted butter in the fond and added lavender & sage. Spooned herb sauce over steak as it rested. What do you think?

My new additions to the starting to grow collection. I imagine the one on the right won't be too bad but not sure about the one on the left. I'm just glad it doesn't have shit bitting but any tips that might help me here?
