TB Meningitis treatment

Hi My little sister of 18 yr old is diagnosed with TB meningitis. Before the diagnosis we had rushed her to ER 4 times complaining of a severe headache and vomitting. All lab test blood test, mri, urinalysis returns normal and they always say it's a severve case of migraine and they always recommended pain meds. On the 4th time she got ER she was admitted to the hospital because she is experiencing the worst headache and is dehydrated. Did MRI, Xray, Blood Test and Urinalysis all returns normal result. Then they tried her medication for anti stress and pain relief only to work a little bit and after 2 days of confinement she developed double vission and her left eye is a bit misaligned and having neck pain. When we told her Neuro Doctor he rushed her to be tested via lumbar puncture (Lumbar tap). Results returned with TB Meningitis and her medication started immediately. There's no history of tb on our family, so our suspicions is a couple of weeks before her symtoms developed she is not eating and sleeping properly that might cause her immune system to be vulnerable and TB is endemic on our country or she might caught it during training for blood smear and using her friends blood as test subjects (She is a MedTech student). Right now she is on the 4th day of TB Meningitis medications. There are still recurring headache and neck pain but not too painful like 5-7/10 headache and they are doing theraphy for her double vission and sometimes experiencing mild headache. Other than that she doesn't have any neurological defects and she is very reponsive and eats a lot. She only have mild weakness/dizziness when standing, not sure if it's because of combination of her medications and toll of her sickness. Luckily TB Meds is free on our country and she is under close monitoring before we could take her home for 1 year medication for tbm. Just want to know if anyone here have the same experience. If you guys can share some treatment experience, things to look out for, side effects etc. that would be a great help
