How is this a B-stock?

This "nut" was just loose between the strings, guess the original buyer just broke it and send it back with "i dont like the color" or something.

I gave Thomann a mail that I'd keep the guitar if some fix is possible, but after some research it seems unlikely that this is an easy fix.. sending giant boxes between countries for nothing seems rather unsustainable what could've been prevented with a 10 second inspection..

Lovely guitar otherwise so damn my luck 😢

GP-150 / 180 looper undo/redo

I'm planning on returning my GP-150, my main idea behind this product is to use it at the end of my chain, using the amp/cab modelling potential with some reverb.
The looper is more or less crucial for me, but I cannot wrap my head around how they implemented it.
To my understanding the overdubs are their own recordings, or however they did the software. But undo/redo is a critical part of a looper. Why is there no such function?
