Smoking inside bars?
Was in a nice resort lake town recently and went to watch World Cup with my fam. Went to 5 places with a crowd. They all were full of people smoking Al Fresco and inside. So I googled it and it seems illegal.

Now Im fascinated about what's going on here. Are people just allowed to smoke inside during the world cup?

Anyways beautiful country was just an odd situation. Been all over Europe and never seen indoor smoking.
