Anybody have a card STUCK in the PSA Vault?

I've been going back and forth with support for over a month now trying to get my card removed from the vault. I listed it on ebay and it sold but the buyer never paid I guess? Still never got a clear answer. But now my card is in limbo. It says it's listed on ebay but shows "out of stock" on the listing. I can't cancel the listing, ship the card from the vault or do ANYTHING with it. It's a $4.5K card and this is extremely frustrating to say the least. Moral of the story, DO NOT list a card on ebay through the vault directly. This is a nightmare.
