Why is my blood sugar too high even though I barely consume any sugar

I had too take a blood test for the military two days in a row and both times I got a blood sugar that's one percent over the upper limit (101mg). Before the tests, I fasted for even longer thak we had to (10 instead of 8 hours) and my diet is really healthy, I practice sports etc. My sleep schedule is awful but otherwise I'm healthy. Why is my blood sugar so high? I am 18 years old and male.

I find the mathematical aspect of learning physics really tedious

Hey! I just wanted to ask if anyone here could relate or maybe recommend me some books or anything else to help me. Basically, I am really fascinated by physics and I would love to learn more about it, but the mathematical aspect is really holding me back. I started the Giancoli physics book and while the first few chapters very really doable, it quickly got really difficult. The book is full of pages that are sprinkled with equations and sometimes difficult conceptions involving differential equations and stuff like that. I thought that maybe someone could recommend a book that covers most concepts in physics while having less of a focus on the mathematical aspect and that is a little bit less math-heavy.

Hello! The standard formula is x=x0+v0t+1/2at² but for some reason, whilst trying to derive this formula, I almost got the right answer but missing the 1/2. What did I do wrong?

This might seem stupid but my math finals exam is in just a week and I seem to lack skills in a wide range of topics including algebra, trigonometry and calculus. Is there any book, (paid or unpaid) intensive course or any other offer to refresh my skills in this short amount of time or is this simply not possible? I am willing to invest all of my free time.
