I’m new to the Yoder family. I’ve been smoking meat for over 30 years. I’ve used a variety of different types of smoker’s. I brought this one home 4 weeks ago tomorrow.
Today is my 6th time to cook on it. Still learning the process. This is not my first pellet smoker/grill but I plan on it being my last one.
