I have a 2020 Rav Hybrid. All the USB ports stopped working. (The two in the center console and the cigarette one in the main console) I have tried different cords and chargers to no avail.
Could this be a fuse? If so where is the box located?

This was an issue since I bought it in 2024. It was a used 2020 Hybrid Limited with 16k. I took it to my car auto specialist. I bought several parts totaling over 1k. Nothing worked. So I decided to take it the dealership. In one day, the dealership found, a loose wire on the module was not plugged in correctly. Having spent 1k, what was $500 more. It works. Just wow!
An 18 year old failed to yield and almost T boned me.
(This was a her first accident) . RAV4 was solid and did not obtain much damaged. But her insurance accepted their responsibility. They would only pay 80%. For I they said I should have noticed her coming across two lanes of traffic. There were two lanes there and was doing rush hours. I was in the farthest lane from her.
When I tried to talk to the adjuster, he would not bulge and suggested I subjugate to my insurance. Just wow. When did they start doing percentage of blame?
