About to replace my last non-LIFX fixture. Trying to decide which to go with. Thoughts?

The time has come… Time for my last dumb fixture to go (last photo shows the fixture.) Getting ready to replace this lame LED pendant with a fixture to stuff a bunch of LIFX Tube’s in so every photon in my domicile comes from a LIFX bulb, strip, tile, beam, Luna, fixture, or mirror.

I think I’m leaning towards #5. It’s only four bulbs so it shouldn’t be too bright since that wall next to it already has 16 beam segments on it. It’s short and closer to the ceiling so it will be less in the way than that damn pendant, but scale wise it is a bit larger than #3 which is nearly identical. (Similar difference between #2 and #4, #4 being larger/wider than #2.) That being said, from a purely aesthetics standpoint, I like 2/4 better but think it might be too much given the size of my place. However I also find #6 somewhat interesting and the sheer width of it might look nice given the scale of the slutty artwork on the wall.

Is any of this important? Noooooooooooooooooo not at all. But got bored trying to make up my mind on my own and thought I’d check for outside input…

What do you fellow junkies think? Have any other fixture suggestions? Doesn’t HAVE to be one of those ones I listed.

I naively thought the default spectrum cycle effect in Chroma Studio would make my Firefly V2 Pro look like this stock image and cycle through the colors of the rainbow but it doesn’t. I see the different zones that you can select and set the color of, but I don’t want static colors. Anyone have a chroma profile they could share that matches what I’m looking for? Or know an easy way to set it up?

This is just my work desk/computer, but I’ve had a half dozen RGB mouse mats over the past few years and they all die within 6mo to the point that you can’t even tell the mouse mat has lights anymore. Anyone have any recommendations for ones that are truly bright and don’t die quickly? Or is that just the nature of the beast and I should buy them as if they’re disposable? I hate the idea of doing that…
