Mother's Helper Role - Reality Check Needed

I am thinking of hiring a nanny (part-time or full-time) once baby #2 comes along. I had a difficult time with baby# 1 alone with a spouse with a demanding physician job and I know that I will definitely need help with 2. However, I see a lot of posts on here about nannies disliking working for a SAHM and/or having mother's helper roles.

It would be a mother's helper role where we "tag team". We would both go on outings together (I would drive and use my car), one would get the baby down a for nap while the other plays with the toddler, etc. I would not be leaving the nanny with 2 kids while I run errands, do chores, etc. I would also give the nanny a break during the day where she can eat lunch in peace, leave, or do whatever she wants. No other responsibilities other than childcare.

Is this a role that a nanny would actually want? And how would I actually go about finding such an individual?

TIA!

I was at the airport today and went to order a coffee. The barista directed me to place my order on the iPad. At the end, it asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Seriously, you want me to leave a tip when I placed my order on the iPad and there was no service or human contact involved? I wish that there was some rule against this.

- What is the best age to go on a safari with kids? I have heard pros and cons for going at different ages. Curious to hear from folks who have gone with kids what their experience was (and how old they were when you went).

- I have always wanted to visit the African continent for as long as I can remember. I really want to go to East Africa (Kenya or Tanzania) as I really want that epic endless savanna/ "Lion King" vibe during the Great Migration and I also want to go to Cape Town b/c it is absolutely beautiful in every picture I have seen, love hiking and want to go to Table Mountain, and want to see those adorable penguins. However, safari season and CPT "best weather" season tend to conflict. Is it worth sacrificing CPT weather and trying to combine East Africa and CPT in one trip? Or is it better to go to CPT during S. Hemisphere summer and going to East Africa for the safari during S. Hemisphere winter? Curious to hear any advice, those who have done something like this, and/or the pros and cons of either.

TIA!
