I have looked at dry cleaners , laundromats both remote and onsite , day spas and even Pepperidge farm cookie route , none of the numbers were what they said they were if I could even get someone to return my call and hand me the financials after I signed some ridiculous nda for some business costing a few hundred thousand cause apparently they are famous

I'm a cash buyer but got in second position and couldn't get the seller to accept a much higher offer or even respond to my offer, idiot realtors cockblocked me to protect commissions and lied to me saying it was "illegal" which it's not , couldn't get them to ask first position bidders if they wanted six figures to walk away and now it's been through escrow and handover. I want to overpay the buyers who got the house earlier this year but also not mess up their capital gains for not living in the house for minimum of 2 years etc etc need creative solution and to see if they are amenable to sell and make serious quick profit but also want a transfer of deed skipping expense escrow process. House sold for 650k in April 2026. I can't find a substitute house that I want to live in , I'm weird lol
