My sis from neighbourhood married in very young age like 15 16 and she later got divorced because she was infertile and after those thing she decided to stay unmarried and later after 4-5 years she met a boy oneline in popo or something app

They were friends at frist and grew fond of each other and she met him

She introduced him to her family and since he was Indian army and looked wellmannered they all here family members were happy

Suddenly he cheated on her and the girl with whom he cheated is contacting her and using rough words and the cheater has blocked her everywhere

Shes very heartbroken but she want to make sure he did wrong by messing with her and she's talking about finding him or filing case(im hesitant is there some case for cheaters or not)

What can I suggest her pls i want to make her feel better
