Listen… if I was Carmen I would’ve stopped being Kandi’s friend that day! Ain’t no way you gone try to convince me that I should just let your momma go around town telling people I’m sleeping with your fiance, trying to fight me at your wedding dress fitting, like the enabling of mama Joyce’s antics by everyone in this scene was crazy af. Even the other aunties were lying on Carmen for Joyce and Kandi still tryna act like everybody should bend to her foolery. This scene was so wild and also why I never agree with the people that say Kandi brought nothing bc this relationship with her mom alone was a whole lot of crazY!

I’m rewatching season 5 and it’s bringing me back to how much Aunt Lori was a part of Kenya’s life in the beginning and I wondered if anybody knew what happened to their relationship? I remember in later seasons she just wasn’t on the show anymore but she was really important in a lot of her moments

Also this season is truly one of the best ever lol so much happening, Porsha with Kordell, Phaedra vs Kenya, Cynthia’s terribly rushed pageant and back n forth with Kenya & Porsha .. Kandi’s dad+our intro to Todd, Nene transitioning to LA(her starting to rly change)wow I really miss the old days lol 🥲

As a non fan of Dorit AND Kyle, why the hell is Andy so chummy with Kyle??? He like loves her down, and his behavior with her & Erika at the reunion, while having an annoyance/disdain for Dorit was very weird. As somebody who watches almost every franchise, has watched reunions for years; He does play favoritism! Andy is weird lol Erika is very weird bc she’s completely switched up on Dorit this season. Boz’s backward behavior with Amanda, Sutton kissing ass, Kathy’s irrelevance to the actual plot of the shows. Likkkeeee cut it all out omg this was an awful reunion and an awful season.
