Urticaria for 1 year +
Especially in the morning and after shower.
Had bilaxten for over a year, currently on max dose 2 bilaxten + 2 cetrizine a day.
Tried to eat probiotic daily
Tried to eat vitamin D daily.
Only thing yet to try is probably daily vitamin C
