HEAR

My Dad is looking at this ad in his local paper from the hearing aid clinic HEAR (in Ontario, Canada). They are advertising a set of hearing aids for $995. In my experience, hearing aid clinics are overpriced, and I have never seen anyone walking out without spending $4000-$7000. I paid this for my first set, but discovered Costco since. This price is even better than Costco. He lives an hour away from Costco, so would prefer a local clinic. Does anyone know if this clinic is legitimately not scamming with this ad?

My Hotels.com booking invoice shows the correct charge, but my credit card showed a higher charge. It stated on my credit card that the charge was International and subject to change. This has never happened to me before. Has this happened to anyone else?
