High gain Hiss! I'm desperate

Guys, I'm cooked. When I listen to high gain tones on the Internet they always sound amazing! But when I try to create a high gain sound for modern metal, it always has a disturbing hiss that I can't take away either with the eq or a good IRs, low cut etc. I hope someone can help because I'm almost ready to send it back, sadly. Every high gain amp, high gain distortion, they always have this constant hissing sound that's similar to when you hear a distorted sound in front of a cab. Is anyone able to help me? Is it something common or am I the most unable guitarist in the world?

Please help ❤️

Peavey Special Chorus 212

Hi everyone! I recently bought this special chorus, transtube, amp for three simple reasons:

- I already have a tube amp but my current apartment and neighbours aren't suitable for such a freaky experience;

- I was looking for a pedal platform, therefore 100watt from a ss amp are pretty awesome - dist channel is awful btw, but I recenlty got a tc electronic Fangs which is pretty cool for a 7 string guitar

- had not so much money to spend

Anyway I am facing a problem as to the amp's voicing, cause it's awfully mid-rangey. Though it was my 7 string sound, but tested everything with a beautiful small cheap amp (ibanez txr) and the sound was pretty awesome.

I'm wondering: could it be possible that the blue marvel speakers have this frequency spectrum? I mean, I'm sure they would cut through a mix tbh, but playing a high gain distortion as I was tributing to "more than a feeling" by Boston is not what I was looking for.

Do you have any experience with this matter? Perhaps some suggestions as to a modification that could allow me to have a much more modern metal sound? Some speakers? V30? A combination of Blue Marvel and another one, perhaps brighter to compensate? Idk

I repeat: I already have a tube amp (head + 2x12cab), but I simply want to play at a reasonably low volume without having to open my door to the police coming after complaints. Thanks everyone!
