Best forex broker Kenya?

I'm based in Kenya and want to start forex trading, but I'm struggling to find a reliable forex broker that actually works well here. Most international brokers either don't accept Kenyan traders or have deposit/withdrawal issues.

I'm looking for a forex broker that:

- Actually accepts traders from Kenya

- Supports M-Pesa or bank transfer deposits

- Has reasonable spreads on major pairs

- Processes withdrawals to Kenya quickly - Is regulated by a reputable authority (CySEC, FCA, etc)

- Has good customer support that responds to questions

I've heard stories about forex brokers in Kenya refusing payouts or requiring ridiculous verification processes. I want to avoid those issues completely.

For Kenyan forex traders, what broker have you had the best experience with? What should I look out for when choosing a platform?

How do you wear high heels without them hurting so much?

Most of the time I’m in sneakers or Birkenstocks , super comfortable, but I always feel like my outfits are missing a bit of polish. Lately I’ve been wanting to switch up my style, and since my birthday is coming up, I started looking into high heels more seriously.

I’ve been browsing some heels from REVERSIBLE and also had my eye on some CL styles. I really love how versatile and elegant they look, but the more I look at them, the more I hesitate. On one hand, they’re stunning. On the other hand, I’m not sure I can actually walk in them comfortably.

I’ve barely worn high heels before, and whenever I’ve tried, it hasn’t gone well. My heels usually get badly rubbed within a short time , blisters, peeling skin, sometimes even bleeding , and the balls of my feet start hurting pretty quickly too. Basically, I can only wear them for a short walk before they become unbearable.

But they really are so beautiful… so I keep wondering if there are any tricks to make wearing high heels less painful, especially for beginners, or at least easier to break into without suffering so much.

Upgraded my grandparents to a streaming tv, still getting used to it

Just got my grandparents a hisense tv w/ built-in firetv to replace their old cable setup. The TV’s great, but they’re still not super used to how it works lol.

They’re slowly figuring out Netflix, YouTube, and pluto TV, but I’m curious, for those of you who switched older relatives to streaming, do you still keep cable around? Or is going fully streaming fine?

I’m planning a photography-focused trip to Ottawa in mid-May for the Canadian Tulip Festival, mostly around Commissioners Park and the Rideau Canal. Been wanting to do this for a while, and this time I’m bringing a full setup, including phone, camera, and an iPad so I can quickly go through shots and maybe do some light edits while I’m out. One thing I didn’t expect to think this much about is connectivity. I’ll be outside most of the day, probably in pretty crowded areas, and I’m not really counting on public Wi-Fi in parks. On past trips I didn’t care too much, but this time it’d be nice to at least transfer photos or share a few things without waiting until I get back.

I’ve been going back and forth between getting a local SIM after landing or just using an eSIM. Recently I saw Redteago has a 75GB Canada plan, which mostly caught my eye because it also comes with a local number, which seems like it could be useful. From what I can tell, things like Canada-wide coverage, native IP, and local number are bundled into that plan, but I’m not totally sure how much those actually matter in real use.

So just wondering if anyone’s used an eSIM in Ottawa during something like the Tulip Festival. In crowded spots like Commissioners Park, does the connection generally hold up, or does it start struggling once it gets busy?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been trying to figure out which forex brokers in Australia are actually worth using right now, and honestly the amount of mixed info out there is a bit overwhelming.

A lot of websites just throw together rankings without really explaining much, so I’d much rather hear from people who are actually trading in Australia.

From what I’ve gathered so far, ASIC regulation seems like a must for safety, and things like spreads and execution speed seem way more important than I first thought. Also looks like some platforms are better if you’re trading on mobile, while others are more built around desktop setups like MT4/MT5.

What I’m looking for is a solid ASIC regulated broker with low spreads and consistent execution, a good mobile app since I’ll probably trade from my phone quite a bit, easy AUD deposits and withdrawals, and something that’s simple enough to start with but still good if I get more serious later.

A few things I’m trying to figure out:

What forex broker in Australia has actually been the best for you? Any trading apps that feel smooth and reliable day to day?

Do you think it’s better to stick with the classic platforms or go with newer app-based brokers?

And what kind of red flags should I be watching out for, like fees, withdrawal issues, slippage, stuff like that?

I’ve been trying to figure out where sports betting is actually legal in the U.S., and I keep finding mixed or outdated info depending on where I look. Some sites say it’s legal in a bunch of states, others mention restrictions, and I’m not sure what’s current anymore.

Is there a simple way to understand which states fully allow it versus ones where it’s only partially legal (like only in-person or only certain apps)? Also, are there states where it’s still completely banned?

I’m not trying to do anything shady, just want to understand the landscape and what’s allowed where before I go any further

Thanks in advance!
