Insight

Going to go check out this beauty tomorrow. Is this a good deal? I was also told that due to mileage it can be a CPO which extends bumper to bumper 1 year/12 miles and power train to 10 yrs/100 miles.

Not 100% I'll buy tomorrow as I have also been looking at the GT-line with the 2.5. Drove a G70 with it and its actually pretty quick and if course its cheaper. Ive seen people pushing 400whp in them. Thats slightly faster than my S4 I just sold. That only downfall is, it doesnt have all the tech.

Also is AWD recommended? I currently live in Texas and really just see heavy rain. Interested in AWD though because I know once I start modding, the AWD will help putting the power down.

Whats the consensus for 2.5 vs 3.3 reliability and AWD vs RWD?

Decisions

Looking into getting a new car in a few months.

Musts: AWD or RWD, decently quick (300+ hp), <5years old and decently reliable.

Wants: roomy backseat for a carseat, decent cargo space, good tech and not extremely difficult to work on.

Sportbacks and wagons are ideal. SUVs and coupes only if its worth it. Budget is no more than 50k for the right car. I have 2 other cars, so this will be my fun car. It would be foolish to think something will check all blocks but if it checks the boxes for all the needs, I'm open to suggestions. A few I've looked into:

1- stinger gt2 (test drove a lower trim and liked it)

2- CT5 V

3- C7.5 S7

4- Camaro SS (only coupe I've really considered)

5- Infiniti q50 red sport

6- CT4 V BW

7- G70 3.3T (liked it but kind of small)

8- Golf R (love the MQB platform but haven't driven the R)
