Need help with bronco wiring

I have a 1986 ford bronco with a 4.9l inline 6 4speed

Having trouble with my wiring here as I’m a bit confused about the extra fuse box. The brown & yellow wire is giving key power when in accessories or on position. Im not sure what yellow wire is for but was hooked up too electric choke when I got it. the blue and red is what I believe to be ignition as everywhere I read the blue and red is ignition wire or being used as clutch bypass as it’s wired for a by pass using said blue and red wire on the clutch itself. There’s also a Chevy Hei distributor put into it the red is reading off the battery side of distributor.

As you can see it’s all sorts of wonky… I’m just wanting some help with figuring out all this so I can get my solenoid wired up properly. Any tips?
