We only have 2 LGBT members of leadership.

He’s been mad ever since he didn’t get a promotion 2 years ago. He blamed it on everything, from sexism, straightphobia, racism, incompetence, favoritism and more. He goes on rants like this multiple times a month. Every time he reports everyone involved to erc, osha, whoever will listen to him. Every single time nothing happens because his complaints aren’t based in truth. Management continues to let him go on his horrible rants and he’s still working here, years later.

Where to donate clothing and stuff? (I don’t support goodwill)

I am a hoarder, so I have a crap ton of clothing and stuff that I try to go through once a year to clear out room to buy more stuff lol. I always donate it, but I don’t want to donate to goodwill anymore, since I can’t support them.

They literally price things higher than they sold for originally, and I don’t understand how they call themselves a non-profit when they are ripping people off like this.

I’ll be donating a lot of my clothing to the women’s shelter, but I also have stuffed animals and various other junk that I know could find a good home, so long as I can find a good place to donate it. I also don’t support the salvation army, as their morals and policies make it impossible.

Thanks!

Edit: The stuffed animals are the giant ones you win at dave n busters or other arcades. I figured they could be used somewhere they’ve got kids. When my grandma was a practicing pediatrician I’d just leave them at her office for the kids to play with, but since she retired I’ve been stuck with them. Can’t go win more till I clear up space lol

We spit roasted a lamb for Father’s Day

Forgive me, I forgot to take photos of it done before we took it off the spit. Was roasting from 5am to 3pm, we went through 5 bags of charcoal.
