Its a neofineta named ‘Yuri (aka Amami Kanpaku)’ a fukurin type neo first found in Korea. It finally bloomed for the first time this year!

Amazing scent

A fair for neofineta flower varieties took place at the Yangjae flower market yesterday.

It is a beautiful nishikiori, a varietion that shows both fukurin and tora type variegations(ruby roots too). it was found on a tree at a farm in 1993.

it is very unusual that it is potted in live sphagnum.

This orchid is a reversed version of Higashidemiyakko(3rd pic) , a very old fukurin type fukiran.
Koto no yuki (2nd pic) was mutated from Higashidemiyakko in 2005, and Koto no hikari is a mutation of this koto no yuki.

Its a varietion called ‘Wolbaek’
