One-handed 4K questions

I'm interested in learning 4 keys with one hand. Does the hand position matter? Does it matter which keys I use for which finger? Do I use thumb-index-middle-ring or index-middle-ring-pinky? I've seen jakads play with one hand using the former style but I'm not sure who the actual best one handed players are and how they specifically play, if they are even known.

Does anyone else feel irritated or angry a majority of the time?

I'm really irritable and can't really stop myself from saying stupid shit or feeling horrible about myself when something makes me mad. Either I regret what I say/do within 5 or 10 minutes or every tiny thing makes me feel even angrier about whatever it is that made me angry.

For example whenever I play video games it makes me feel worthless and angry at myself for somehow being so bad at one of the few things I've done for the past 10 years. I've played osu! for 5 years and only in 2 years did I manage to completely fuck up my tapping muscle memory and no amount of practice will undo it and it even badly affects my typing so this really just ruined everything for me.

Or this morning I had to go to a Universal Credit appointment (UK unemployment welfare thing) and came in 5 minutes early, but was sat there waiting for 20 minutes, and my work coach claimed I was late because he didn't see me or whatever. When I left I wrote a bunch of angry messages on my account's journal which they can see. Obviously this is a bad idea because it's my money on the line but I really can't stop myself when I feel that way and stop caring about anything else even if i'll feel embarrassed afterward.

Occasionally it will get bad enough that I start hitting myself because the feeling of hitting my head is the only thing that can match the anger I'm feeling. Normally I will just hit my bed or swing open doors or angrily throw my phone on my bed (i'm not stupid enough to break anything) though.

Does anyone else feel this way or do similar things?

At the start of the dream it felt extremely real because some police dudes were there and "woke" me up for stealing a chocolate bar. I really thought I was going to be arrested but for some reason I grabbed the chocolate bar I stole and started eating it (which I'd never do so at that point it was clearly a dream). When they tried to put handcuffs on me I started fighting them until knocking them unconscious (physically impossible for me). At this point I "knew" it was a dream and when my parents asked WTF was happening I told them it's just a dream, which they seemed to believe after the bodies disappeared as if they despawned.

I don't understand why, through all of that, I still didn't become lucid. I just stated it's a dream like any normal fact and didn't get excited or care at all and never once gained proper consciousness. This is actually the 3rd time I've told myself it's a dream and didn't become lucid, or at least one time I felt lucid but lost it after a few seconds.

Am I just not capable of lucid dreaming?

There is a player in osu! called Motion who had achieved rank 1 in the game mode Catch The Beat and peaked rank 25 in the Mania game mode for 7 keys, two different rhythm games which only have in common having to press keys and vertically scrolling objects.

It got me thinking, if someone can be extremely high rank in two different rhythm games at once, is there anyone who has been rank 1 in multiple games (or modes, as long as the gameplay is different) at the same time?

I can't even begin to imagine how talented and dedicated you'd have to be to achieve this feat. If there's anyone that has achieved this I'd love to know their history and the games they became rank 1 in.

You can hover over the rank to see when and at what ranked they peaked. This game (and rhythm games in general) doesn't have seasons unlike many other competitive games, so your rank will only decrease as people pass you over time.
