Okay so I posted yesterday about my clown and as you can see it got way worse. I removed him from the tank, put him in a tea pitcher with a small heater and air stone. Inside the pitcher I put a glass on its side so he could hide away from the flow and turned the air stone all the way up to put as much oxygen in the water as I could. He has stopped eating. I really dont know what to do so any help would be appreciated.
I don't know what to do for this guy.

All of which are the parameters I always keep the tank at.
It was sudden and nothing else in the tank seems to be effected from what I can tell.
So the initial video is me cold starting it then using it for probably 15 minutes then shutting it off for about 30 minutes. The next video is me trying to restart it after that. Every single time I shut this chainsaw off and set it down for any length of time I have this problem. If I shut it off and fire it back up 2 minutes later I don't have the issue. The second video you can see me try and fire it up like I normally would after it's been running but nothing happens. So I try the cold start method and it acts like it wants to start but then doesn't.
