I deactivated social media for 6 months but got bored. Should I return?

i deactivated social media 6 months ago because I wasted a lot of time on short form content but now I miss posting stories, interacting with friends/acquaintances etc. How can I return and just post content but not watch reels/tiktoks anymore? is it possible to just post and not doomscroll ?

Why am I having nightmares after deleting Instagram and TikTok?

I deleted inst 6 months ago and tt 2 months ago and I have so many good things in my life instead - I’ve started cooking, exercising, even reading books and became much more focused!

the only downside is that I started having more nightmares and flashbacks from my past. My guess is that its because I’ve started listening to psychology podcasts and journaling and all of my past trauma is surfacing now cuz I no longer have social media to distract me ; (

Has anyone had a similar experience? what did you do? (unfortunately cant afford therapy at the moment but planning to start in a few months, hopefully I’ll still be social media free!)

Am I a candidate for buccal fat removal?

Hi, I’m 28 and have normal BMI but my cheeks are so heavy so I thought of buccal fat reduction. Will that help my face look leaner? Or my upper cheeks will make it look disproportionately after reduction? Is there any other option to make face look slimmer? Thank you for your attention.
