Almost 2 weeks PP
Hi all! Hope this is ok!
I’m curious how to determine what level of activity is ok post-partum. I had an uncomplicated vaginal delivery. I had been lifting weights, walking, biking through 1st trimester. By 3rd tri I was mostly walking and doing yoga.
We went for a 20 min walk yesterday and I felt ok.
What kinds of movement did you start with PP?
