Tried making a clean blue neon setup instead of the usual overdesigned icon packs

I’ve always felt most neon icon packs on Android are either too flashy or impossible to use daily, so I tried making something cleaner and more balanced.

Spent the last few weeks designing this blue neon style with glass effects and consistent gradients across all icons.

Still experimenting with the overall look, but I wanted honest opinions from people who actually customize their phones regularly.

What would you improve or change?

finally released neon-style Android icon pack on the Play Store — Glowtix

I’ve been working on an Android icon pack called Glowtix, and it’s finally live on the Play Store.

The design style focuses on neon gradients, clean shapes, and a modern homescreen aesthetic. I tried to avoid the usual overdone glossy look and keep it balanced for everyday setups.

This is still the beginning, so more icons and updates are planned regularly. Feedback is genuinely welcome because I want to improve the pack over time instead of abandoning it after launch like most small projects.

Here’s the link if anyone wants to check it out:

Would love to know what you think about the design style and what apps should be supported next.

I’m posting this because I wasted days on this issue and I don’t want others to go through the same frustration.

I was trying to enable payment acceptance on Google Play via BillDesk and got stuck in the KYC/onboarding process.

🚨 The Problem

- I kept getting stuck in verification

- They asked for additional proof (especially location-related)

- My application wasn’t getting approved

- I sent emails multiple times (more than 20 attempts, even raised new cases again and again)

At one point, I honestly thought this system is broken.

---

📩 What I received finally

After submitting documents again, I got this confirmation:

«“Your application has been submitted. You will be notified once reviewed.”»

Important:

This does NOT mean approved, it just means you're in review stage.

---

❌ Mistakes I made (don’t repeat this)

- Kept uploading documents without understanding the actual issue

- Didn’t check address mismatch properly

- Sent multiple emails without clear explanation

- Thought “submission = done” (big mistake)

---

🔍 What was actually wrong

The core issue was KYC mismatch:

- Address proof didn’t align properly

- Verification required stronger/consistent documentation

This is not a normal app process — it works like a bank-level verification system

---

✅ What actually worked (Solution)

Here’s what you should do:

  1. Check your Aadhaar / ID address carefully

    - It must match your current or submitted details

  2. Use strong address proof

    - Bank statement / electricity bill / valid document

    - Clear and readable (no blur, no crop)

  3. Stop spamming emails

    - Instead, send ONE clear mail with:

- Application ID

- Problem explanation

- Ask exactly what document is required

  1. Wait after proper submission

    - Once everything is correct → it goes into review (like mine now)

---

⚠️ Reality Check

This process is NOT fast.

If your documents don’t match → you will get stuck.

No shortcut. No trick.

---

💡 Final Advice

If you're stuck:

- Don’t panic

- Don’t spam

- Fix your documents first

Most people are failing here because they don’t understand the real issue (KYC mismatch)

---

If anyone is facing the same issue, drop your situation below — I’ll try to help based on what I learned.

Hope this saves someone’s time.
